I. Return Policy (Within 30 Days)
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
The product is unused, undamaged, and shows no obvious signs of human-caused damage;
The product remains in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, etc.);
A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided;
The return request is submitted within the 30-day validity period.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

II. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if the product you received meets the following criteria:
The product has quality issues or manufacturing defects;
The wrong item or incorrect specifications were received;
Obvious damage occurred during shipping;
Exchanges must meet the following conditions:
The product remains in its original condition with intact packaging;
Relevant photos or videos are provided as proof;
The request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
If eligible, we will prioritize an exchange; if the item is out of stock, a refund will be offered.

III. Refund Process
The refund process is as follows:
Contact customer service to submit a return/refund request;
Provide order details and a description of the issue;
Customer service reviews the request (usually 1–3 business days);
Upon approval, the return address and instructions are provided;
The customer ships the item back and provides tracking information;
The warehouse receives and inspects the item;
The refund is processed after verification.

IV. Refund Processing Time
Subject to meeting refund conditions:
Review time: 1–3 business days
Refund processing time: 3–7 business days (depending on the payment method)
The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

V. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs resulting from product quality issues or incorrect shipments will be covered by PillowSoft LLC;
Return shipping costs resulting from personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please include your order number in the return package so that we can process your return request quickly.

VII. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges may not be available in the following cases:
The item has been used or damaged (for reasons other than shipping);
The 30-day return period has expired;
Valid order information is not provided;
Severe damage or missing parts caused by the customer.
